REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

By purchasing any WELX subscription or paid service, you agree to this Refund Policy. All payments are subject to the terms below.

24-Hour Refund Window

Refunds may be requested only within 24 hours of initial purchase. After that, all payments are final.

Renewals Never Refundable

All subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. Users must cancel before renewal date.

Submit a Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order details for verification.

Monthly Plans Are Non-Refundable

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds due to immediate access to the full service, infrastructure costs incurred instantly, and short billing cycles. All monthly payments are final.

No Partial Refunds or Prorated Credits

WELX does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for unused subscription time, downgrades, plan changes, partial billing periods, removing files or reducing usage, closing or deleting an account, dissatisfaction after use, technical issues outside WELX control, or changes in personal circumstances.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Refunds requested within the 24-hour window may still be denied if significant service usage occurred, large volumes of data were uploaded or transferred, the service was used beyond basic evaluation, or abuse or misuse is suspected. Refund approval is solely at WELX's discretion.

Abuse Prevention & Fraud Protection

Refunds will not be issued if an account violates the Terms of Service, violates the Acceptable Use Policy, uploads or distributes prohibited content, shows patterns of refund abuse, has previously received refunds, or is under investigation for fraud or abuse. WELX may permanently deny refund eligibility to prevent misuse.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting WELX first is a policy violation. WELX reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, permanently terminate the account, permanently delete stored data, block future purchases, and recover dispute and processing fees.

Service Availability Disclaimer

Refunds are not provided for service interruptions, maintenance or downtime, network issues outside WELX control, third-party provider outages, or regional connectivity problems. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, may exclude such fees where permitted by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institutions. WELX is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Right to Refuse Refunds

WELX reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any refund request, limit refunds per customer, require identity or purchase verification, and modify or discontinue this refund policy at any time. All decisions are final.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you confirm that you understand this Refund Policy, agree to all refund limitations, and accept that payments become final after 24 hours. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Service.
